How to make pasta in Indian style

Indian fusion pasta is a beautiful blend of Italian pasta with a touch of Indian spices. It can be molded in any form and taste, we can say this is the easiest and yummiest Italian recipe made in Indian households. This universal recipe is cooked as a breakfast, evening snack, or school lunch. Let’s make the best and easiest way to make the best Indian fusion pasta at home.

Ingredients-

  1. Penne pasta or any other pasta of your choice
  2. Oil 
  3. ¾ teaspoon salt
  4. 2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste
  5. ½ cup chopped carrot 
  6. ¼ cup chopped capsicum 
  7. ¼ cup Broccoli
  8. 2 tablespoons sweet corn 
  9. ¼ cup Bell peppers 
  10. 1 fine chopped onion
  11. 2 medium chopped tomatoes
  12. ¼ cup green peas
  1. ¾ teaspoon coriander powder
  2. ½ teaspoon turmeric powder.
  3. ½ teaspoon cumin powder
  4. ½ teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
  5. 2 teaspoons pasta masala
  6. ½ teaspoon garam masala
  7. ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  8. 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  9. Mixed herbs seasoning
  10. Cheese 

Procedure-

      1.For this amazing recipe take 1½ cups of pasta and wash it once with normal water. Also, put 6 cups of water in a deep container and let it boil.

         

  1. Put the washed pasta into the container after a good boil, put ½ 

         teaspoon salt and some drops of oil in it. Let the pasta boil for a 

         good 8-10 minutes until it becomes soft.

 

  1. After this off the lid, drain the pasta into a strainer, and wash it with 

         With the cold water.

                                                                       

  1. Along with this boiling process make the masala for the pasta.    

         Add 2 tablespoons oil to the pan add ginger garlic paste and                     

        finely chopped onions, cook the onions for a minute until it turns

        little golden.

 

  1. Then add all the veggies carrots, capsicum, broccoli, sweet corn, 

         And bell peppers and saute them for 2-3 minutes until they become 

         soft.

 

  1. Then add chopped tomatoes tomato ketchup and salt

        according to your taste Mix all the veggies and cook them until  

        It looks pulpy and soft.

 

  1. Now, add ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder, ¼ teaspoon cumin powder, 

        ¼  teaspoon black pepper powder, ¼ teaspoon Kashmiri red chili 

        powder, ½ teaspoon coriander powder garam masala, and       

        Pasta masala. Mix all the ground spices with the veggies and cook 

        them Until they release some oil. Releasing oil is a good indicator

        That the spices are cooked.

 

  1. Now add ½ cup water to it and cook on high flame till a boil where  

       masala looks saucy and aromatic.

        flavor (this is completely optional). Now mix and serve the hot
